PennyAuctionHelp was contacted this week by the owner of Cowboybidz llc and asked if we could help get a message out to all of their visitors regarding a current issue they are having.
They indicated that some negative publicity has been seen and they wanted the opportunity to respond, in order to set the record straight.
We here at PennyAuctionHelp agreed to post their message in the hopes that all of their visitors will see it and have the opportunity to address any concerns they may have, regarding this matter. Here is the message as sent to us by Zondra Dunaway, owner of Cowboybidz,llc, owner/operator of www.CowboyBidz.com.
Announcement:
I was notified that an email was sent out by Phil Rogers concerning SavvyBidding. Upon review, I found that the email was full of derogatory statements and lies. It attacks my business as well as my personal character. It has caused a drop in consumer confidence and directly affected the amount of traffic on my website. All of that is very disturbing, but my main concern is that this may have caused unnecessary stress for the members of SavvyBidding. I want to make it perfectly clear; your personal information has not, and will not be, misused in anyway.
My business transaction with Phil Rogers became unnecessarily complex. I was unhappy with the purchase. I attempted to arrange the return of all items to Mr. Rogers for a full refund. He refused to do so.
One of numerous problems involves the script itself. The penny auction script was originally purchased from phpPennyAuction.com. The script is tied directly to the SavvyBidding domain name. It cannot be used on any other domain. At phpPennyAuction.com the script is currently registered to “Natasha Coons”. Mr. Rogers refused to transfer the account into my name. That means I would never be able to change to a different domain name. On phpPennyAuction.com, I wouldn’t have access to the knowledge-base, I wouldn’t be able to receive script updates and I wouldn’t be able to request or purchase customer support. This is because; phpPennyAuction.com does not recognize me as the owner of the script. I personally, can only think of one reason why Mr. Rogers would refuse to transfer the script into my name. He doesn’t have the authority to do so.
At this time, the future of SavvyBidding is unclear. I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that CowboyBidz is open and doing fine.
